Meet Lara

LARA SIMONDI, APRN, CNM, MPH

As founder of Infinite Beauty Lounge, LLC, Lara understands that as people age, they are looking for natural, non-surgical ways to look their best. Prior to founding Infinite Beauty Lounge, Lara was co-owner of Boston Electrology and Skin Therapies, a state of the art Medspa in downtown Boston. Lara started and grew the injectable practice there and received advanced training in treatment of cheek, chin, jawline and lip augmentation, as well as the use of cannula, and Sculptra, the collagen stimulator. 

Lara has over 30 years as a medical professional, 11 of them being dedicated to the field of medical aesthetics. Lara is originally from Montreal, Canada where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 1991. She started her career as a labor and delivery nurse, and also worked in a community health center doing post partum home visits and running infant/toddler vaccination clinics. In 1994, Lara moved to the United States, where she started working as a labor nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She furthered her career and attended Boston University where she earned her Masters in Public Health (MPH) and became a certified nurse midwife (CNM) in 1998. She was hired by the Brigham and Women's MIdwifery service, where she has remained on staff until as recently as this year.

In her early 40's Lara became interested in the field of medical aesthetics because of her own aging process. Lara started receiving Botox and Filler treatments, which not only made her look better, but feel better about herself. This started her journey into the field, where she received her aesthetic training from the Esthetic SKin institute in 2011. 

Lara is one of the original providers at Vansanity in Boston, where she mentors new nurses, nurse practitioners and PAs who are transitioning to the field of medical aesthetics. Lara is a trainer for Neurotoxins and Fillers at Vansanity and offers guidance in business development. 

Lara is a member of the American Academy of Medical Aesthetic Professionals (AAMEP), and International Society of Plastic and Esthetic Nurses (ISPAN). Lara is a certified Biote Provider, offering bioidentical hormones to treat peri and post menopausal symptoms. Lara loves to attend conferences and trainings to learn the newest products, techniques, and devices on the market, as well as science behind it all.
